About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join a leading venture capital investment company with international reach and an excellent track record in Healthcare. This role will support the management team and operating manager, contributing to the company's dynamic growth.
Responsibilities
- Create and analyze financial and performance reports.
- Perform budget planning, forecasting, and economic feasibility analyses.
- Support financial statement preparation according to HGB and IFRS.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and management evaluations.
- Assist with risk and investment controlling, including compliance.
- Prepare presentations and decision proposals.
- Optimize reporting and controlling processes.
Requirements
- University degree with a focus on finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in finance or controlling, ideally with a connection to investment companies and/or venture capital.
- Good knowledge of accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Analytical and structured approach to work.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- High enthusiasm for innovative technologies and the venture capital environment.
- Ability to collaborate in small, highly dynamic, start-up-influenced structures.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Very good German and English language skills.
