About the Role

The NAMR Commercial Team is at the forefront of driving BCG’s commercial agenda with clients. This dynamic role involves partnering with Commercial Directors to support Managing Director & Partners and client account teams on commercial best practices, deal support, and contract development.

Responsibilities

  • Teaming with Commercial Directors on deal support, including negotiation strategy, analytical modeling, and advising on tactics for rate cards, MSAs, value-based pricing, investments, and other complex deals.
  • Supporting the drafting of commercial aspects of agreements and coordinating contract development with Legal and case teams.
  • Contributing to commercial best practices, content, and decision-making tools for the NAMR Commercial team and client teams.
  • Capturing and sharing competitive intelligence from deal work to identify trends and inform commercial strategy.
  • Identifying, applying, and sharing AI tools and workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency in deal support.
  • Collaborating with the broader NAMR Commercial team on team-based initiatives, projects, and recurring management activities.
  • Leading and contributing to initiatives that drive innovations and enhancements to the global Revenue Management strategy and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD, or PhD) is a plus.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, preferably in a dynamic project-based work environment.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional services experience, with a preference for experience in law, procurement, structured finance, private equity, corporate development, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience in multinational environments is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity and workflow efficiency is preferred.

  • $90,000 - $139,000
