About the Role
Iru is seeking a Creative Director to shape the brand's voice, messaging, and campaign storytelling. This senior leadership role involves setting the creative standard across various touchpoints and ensuring alignment with visual identity.
Responsibilities
- Set Iru's creative direction across major channels, defining a cohesive brand expression.
- Own Iru's brand voice and character, translating strategy into messaging principles and creative standards.
- Partner closely with the Head of Visual Design to align voice and visual identity.
- Lead creative concepting and campaign development from ideation through execution.
- Guide copy and creative production, ensuring writing is sharp, high-conviction, and brand-right.
- Build and grow the creative function, developing the team and external partners.
- Create strong operating rhythms for briefs, reviews, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and company leadership to ensure creative supports business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading creative for integrated, multi-channel campaigns (OOH, direct mail, digital ads) with consistent brand execution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead creative and copy, building a coherent brand voice.
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional public-facing work, including ads and website messaging/copy.
- Experience leading teams and partnering with design and cross-functional stakeholders.
- A track record of strong creative partnerships.
- Strong creative judgment and taste, capable of creating distinctive and imaginative work.
- Comfort operating at the brand-level marketing layer.
- B2B SaaS experience preferred, especially with brands valuing high craft and strong POV.
- On-site 3x/week in Miami (Coral Gables) office.
