About the Role

The Regional Operations Director is responsible for the operational performance, integration, and patient experience across a portfolio of fertility clinics in the Greater Toronto Area. This role focuses on executing network priorities, ensuring consistent operational standards, and leading clinic management teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations across assigned GTA clinics through Clinic Managers and Nursing Leads.
  • Manage capacity and resource planning to align with patient demand.
  • Promote alignment of clinic operations with network priorities, policies, and standards.
  • Own regional performance against key indicators.
  • Drive growth by improving patient conversion and cycle volume.
  • Manage financial performance in collaboration with the Finance department.
  • Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Partner with Regional Medical Directors to align operational and clinical priorities.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Technology departments.
  • Implement network best practices and lead the integration of new clinics.
  • Support EMR adoption and data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with CPSO, Health Canada, Accreditation Canada, and Ontario Fertility Program standards.
  • Oversee inspections, audits, and regulatory change monitoring.
  • Manage incident and risk protocols.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a regulated healthcare profession, health administration, business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
  • Experience with multi-site responsibility.
  • Strong leadership and performance management skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the GTA.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
