About the Role
The Regional Operations Director is responsible for the operational performance, integration, and patient experience across a portfolio of fertility clinics in the Greater Toronto Area. This role focuses on executing network priorities, ensuring consistent operational standards, and leading clinic management teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Lead operations across assigned GTA clinics through Clinic Managers and Nursing Leads.
- Manage capacity and resource planning to align with patient demand.
- Promote alignment of clinic operations with network priorities, policies, and standards.
- Own regional performance against key indicators.
- Drive growth by improving patient conversion and cycle volume.
- Manage financial performance in collaboration with the Finance department.
- Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Partner with Regional Medical Directors to align operational and clinical priorities.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Technology departments.
- Implement network best practices and lead the integration of new clinics.
- Support EMR adoption and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with CPSO, Health Canada, Accreditation Canada, and Ontario Fertility Program standards.
- Oversee inspections, audits, and regulatory change monitoring.
- Manage incident and risk protocols.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a regulated healthcare profession, health administration, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
- Experience with multi-site responsibility.
- Strong leadership and performance management skills.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the GTA.
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
