About the Role
The Test Engineering team is responsible for the testing, evaluation, and validation of devices, ensuring functionality and compatibility through the development of test cases and tools. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will manage test processes for client, server, or storage products, supporting a dynamic environment across contract manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support test execution for products at contract manufacturing sites in Vietnam.
- Support deployment and bring up of early test processes for new products.
- Assist and consult with supplier test engineers during product development phases.
- Manage installation and bring up of test equipment to support mass production.
- Generate and review Test Functional Plan/BOM and test coverage.
- Ensure test coverage and product quality are optimized.
- Participate in supplier evaluations, audits, and weekly product yield reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical major.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in test, design, or manufacturing of electrical products.
- Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to understand simple to highly complex hardware configurations including PC, server, and storage systems.
- Experience with hardware and software development lifecycle process.
- Ability to support meetings across various time zones.
- Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule.
