About the Role

Trade Nation is seeking a Product Manager to support roadmap delivery for Trading UIs (mobile app, web platform, third-party interfaces) and Execution & Trading (pricing engines, liquidity integrations, risk monitoring, execution logic). The role requires domain fluency in leveraged trading products and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery across both verticals, partnering with the vertical owner, key stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical squads through the product development cycle.
  • Drive improvements to the proprietary app and web platform (order tickets, charting, watchlists, performance) and third-party platform integrations.
  • Work closely with the dealing desk to identify risk needs and translate them into clear, testable product requirements for the trading platform and execution stack.
  • Support development of the order management system and execution stack, including pricing, liquidity-provider integrations, risk monitoring, and execution logic.
  • Shape the verticals' roadmap into a combination of Continuous Improvements and a Strategic Roadmap.
  • Own and maintain the backlog for technical squads delivering against the vertical roadmap.
  • Identify, monitor, and communicate the impact of key metrics for vertical performance.
  • Stay close to the competitive landscape and become an internal expert on the future direction of the platform and execution.

Requirements

  • Direct experience at a CFD and/or spread betting brokerage (or a leveraged-trading platform) with understanding of products, platforms, trade lifecycle, and trader expectations.
  • Product experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
  • Basic understanding of trading platform mechanics (order types, charting, pricing, spreads, end-to-end execution).
  • Ability to produce clear product requirements documentation and work effectively with engineering.
  • Comfortable with data and able to define relevant metrics for trading platforms and execution quality.
  • Strong stakeholder skills across trading/dealing, risk, and engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with trading platforms (proprietary, Trading View, MT4/MT5, cTrader, or others).
  • Exposure to pricing engines, liquidity-provider integrations, or risk-monitoring systems.
  • Familiarity with best-execution obligations and relevant trading regulation.
  • Charting / technical-analysis tooling experience.
  • Experience operating across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
