About the Role
This hands-on role focuses on the configuration, customization, and integration of the Ivalua platform, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions and seamless system connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Ivalua platform based on functional and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and internal clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Ivalua and enterprise systems using EAI, ETL, and API-based approaches.
- Develop and maintain configuration documentation, technical design documents, and test scripts.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise on best practices for Ivalua configuration and integration.
- Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure operational stability.
- Assist with data migration activities including mapping, transformation, and loading.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues in coordination with cross-functional and vendor teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience configuring and managing the Ivalua platform.
- Ivalua L1 Fundamental Configuration Certification.
- Strong experience with integrations including EAI, ETL, and API design.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and database management.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and within a distributed team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders across different geographic locations.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and procurement software solutions.
