About the Role

This hands-on role focuses on the configuration, customization, and integration of the Ivalua platform, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions and seamless system connectivity.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize the Ivalua platform based on functional and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and internal clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Ivalua and enterprise systems using EAI, ETL, and API-based approaches.
  • Develop and maintain configuration documentation, technical design documents, and test scripts.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise on best practices for Ivalua configuration and integration.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure operational stability.
  • Assist with data migration activities including mapping, transformation, and loading.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues in coordination with cross-functional and vendor teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience configuring and managing the Ivalua platform.
  • Ivalua L1 Fundamental Configuration Certification.
  • Strong experience with integrations including EAI, ETL, and API design.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and database management.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and within a distributed team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders across different geographic locations.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and procurement software solutions.

  • $64-74 per hour (Salaried)
  • $76-86 per hour (Incorporated Business Rate)
