About the Role
As a key member of the US founding team, you will lead local marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, growth, and retention. You will collaborate with regional stakeholders to achieve marketing excellence and scale operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand and marketing plans to drive awareness, user acquisition, and retention
- Manage driver lead growth with an emphasis on brand awareness and influencer marketing
- Achieve KPIs including user base growth, order volume, and cost control
- Manage internal and external resources for marketing and PR campaigns
- Optimize channel performance across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and network campaigns
- Analyze marketing and product data to derive actionable insights and optimize ROI
- Lead and develop a team of three direct reports in digital marketing, graphic design, and content marketing
- Collaborate with functional teams in Hong Kong and local operations
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience with a proven track record
- Data-driven mindset with experience in ROI-driven organizations
- Proficiency with marketing technology tools
- Experience in acquisition, digital and offline marketing, or CRM
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
