About the Role
The People Operations Associate will support the People Operations Manager in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, overseeing office facilities, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting payroll and employee engagement initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate records in personnel files and the applicant tracking system.
- Oversee office facilities and day-to-day workplace operations, including equipment, supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support payroll administration and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Support employee requests, benefits administration, and general People Operations inquiries.
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with projects and other administrative duties assigned by the People Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Approximately 1-2 years of recruiting, Human Resources, or administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
