About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives for our My Account platform. You will drive the delivery and lifecycle management of self-service customer experiences, acting as a bridge between operations, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product lifecycle to ensure alignment with business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and engineering
- Conduct product discovery to validate assumptions and translate insights into actionable priorities
- Contribute to the strategic product vision, roadmap, and backlog
- Drive solution design to reimagine end-to-end customer experiences
- Define key results to measure customer and agent experience success
- Decompose complex problems into manageable user stories
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities to deliver value
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager in a technology environment
- Proven experience driving measurable business or product outcomes
- Ability to break down work into iterative and incremental delivery
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for digital user experiences
- Strong communication skills to build stakeholder relationships
- Ability to use data, KPIs, and customer feedback to guide decision-making
- Experience with discovery and test-and-learn activities
- Flexibility and adaptability in navigating organizational ambiguity
- Must submit to a background investigation
