About the Role

Bull is seeking new colleagues for its nationwide locations to contribute to the transformation of large international companies in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Data. This role involves leveraging technical expertise in consulting and delivery processes, developing technical concepts and architectures, and supporting the creation of tailored customer proposals.

Responsibilities

• Significantly contribute to the transformation of large international companies in AI and Data by applying technical experience in consulting and delivery.
• Develop technical concepts and architectures, and assist in creating and processing customized customer proposals.
• Take on technical implementation of solutions within projects, ensuring they meet customer requirements.
• Focus on Databricks projects in German-speaking regions, ensuring smooth integration.
• Provide technical delivery support for migrating solutions from systems like Cloudera, SAS, Oracle, or other legacy systems to the Databricks platform.
• Conduct technical discussions, define project scope, and specify requirements for system and data architecture.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients and partners at all levels, including data specialists, IT architects, security engineers, business/product owners, solutions designers, and data scientists.
• Prepare and professionally present hands-on customer demos (e.g., RAG LLM), explaining complex technical content clearly.
• Create guidelines for system design and implementation to ensure high standards.
• Design and document solution architectures for systems, applications, or processes with minimal dependencies.
• Ensure system and data architecture meets functionality and performance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable IT education.
• Extensive professional experience.
• Competence in creating robust architectures and skill in testing, experimenting, and demonstrating them effectively.
• In-depth understanding of architectures, solutions, and strategic direction in the Data Analytics field.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse client and partner teams.
• Experience in AI, ML, DWH, BI, or related areas.
• Experience with Python/Spark.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Proficiency in consulting and presentation techniques, able to convince in unfamiliar environments.
• Excellent communication skills in at least German (native) and English.
