About the Role

You will be joining Taptap Send’s product team, with responsibility for the full-stack of product from product strategy to design and implementation. Your role will be central to translating customer and internal needs into a product roadmap and working with engineering to execute against it.

Responsibilities

• Own a product domain and roadmap end to end
• Responsible for product lifecycle of domain area, from discovery to delivery of features, including adoption and GTM
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, compliance, markets, etc. to execute projects efficiently
• Implement systems for iterative development with regular user feedback

Requirements

• At least 6 years’ experience working in product management, strategy, or operations for a tech company
• Experience in fintech strongly preferred
• Experience with immigrant communities and empathy for our customers
• Strong analytical skills
• Outstanding project management skills, including end-to-end problem ownership
• UX design instincts
• Outgoing - you love speaking to people and enjoy building meaningful relationships
• Execution Oriented - you should be able to take an idea to implementation
• Mission Oriented - you are passionate about working for a net positive organization / tech for good
• Organized - you have a system for how you approach your work that can keep you on track in a scrappy startup environment
• Driven - you thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented company

Skills

• Figma or other prototyping tools a plus
• AI/analytics tools

Experience Level

• At least 6 years’ experience

• Background or degree in a technical field a plus
