About the Role

As an Objektleiter*in (Facility Manager), you will be responsible for leading and developing your team, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves direct customer interaction and team motivation, making you a key player in ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team, providing technical and disciplinary management.
• Offer regular training and feedback sessions to support team development.
• Create and coordinate work schedules for the cleaning team to ensure smooth operations and maximum efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality checks to guarantee high cleaning standards and promote continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth collaboration and addressing their concerns.
• Receive and process customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording and preparation of information for monthly payroll.
• Manage inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring sufficient supplies and tools are available.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and hygiene standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in building cleaning or a related field.
• Experience in personnel responsibility, as well as in leading and motivating teams.
• German language proficiency (minimum C1 level).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel).
• Valid driver's license Class B.
