About the Role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our Hiring team to help us source and hire talented, diverse people into our tech recruitment team. You will play a key role in structuring and running great hiring processes, identifying and assessing required skills, and convincing candidates to join us. We value diversity, inclusivity, and providing an amazing candidate experience. You will also be passionate about making processes work better by using data to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work with Hiring Managers to structure and run great hiring processes.
• Help Hiring Managers identify required skills and the best assessment methods.
• Challenge Hiring Manager thinking and ask the right questions to define hiring needs.
• Manage hiring processes from beginning to end.
• Convince candidates to join the company.
• Ensure every applicant feels valued, respected, and supported throughout the application process.
• Find candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds.
• Develop strategies to make candidates feel welcome at the company.
• Ensure a seamless and pleasant hiring process for selected candidates.
• Refine hiring processes to make them simpler and more effective.
• Use data to analyze process performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for fast-paced, product-focused companies, especially in tech.
• Deep care for inclusivity and diversity.
• Proficiency in sourcing and resourcefulness.
• Empathy, adaptability, and respect for candidates' needs and priorities.
• Ability to adapt approach to work with a range of stakeholders with different needs.
• Ability to assess candidate skills without relying on previous job titles or qualifications.
