About the Role
The Manager, Data Infrastructure & Analytics plays a key role in shaping how data powers decision-making across our national Home Health portfolio. This role will work with teams and lead a team that directly influence how we deliver care, improve operations, and measure outcomes for clients, team members, and the greater organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize the organization’s data warehouse, ELT/ELT pipelines, and reporting infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality data delivery.
- Design, develop, and support Power BI dashboards, datasets, and self-service reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Establish and maintain data governance practices, including documentation, data cataloguing, security management, and compliance standards.
- Provide operational support for reporting and analytics, including troubleshooting data issues, managing refresh schedules, and supporting integrations with external systems and vendors.
- Partner with business, clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics needs into actionable solutions and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as a trusted advisor for data and analytics, delivering user training, stakeholder support, and knowledge transfer to ensure effective adoption of reporting tools and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Management Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and BI development.
- Experience designing, documenting, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Familiarity with data governance practices and documentation of data lineage and logic.
- Comfort working as a sole contributor in a fast-paced environment with broad technical responsibility.
- Proven ability to triage production issues quickly and effectively while maintaining data accuracy.
- Experience working in or supporting healthcare or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with clinical or operational healthcare data.
- Experience interfacing with vendors and third-party data feeds.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
- Experience setting up alerts and automated QA processes for pipelines or dashboards.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding technical teams, with the ability to transition from individual contributor to people leader as the function grows.
- Proven success working across business and technical teams, building credibility and alignment with diverse stakeholders.
