About the Role
This role focuses on strengthening and growing partnerships with intermediary clients, engaging with advisory firms of all sizes through a blend of remote, virtual, and group-based strategies. You will deepen relationships, deliver tailored presentations, and position Raymond James WM as a trusted partner.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by delivering agreed revenue and AUM targets through strategic client engagement.
- Build strong relationships with high-value IFAs through virtual meetings, webinars, and group presentations.
- Coordinate and host sessions with subject matter experts to deepen client understanding and strengthen partnerships.
- Work closely with Client Directors to deliver a coordinated adviser contact strategy and share valuable client insights.
- Identify and prioritise IFAs for enhanced engagement and partnership development.
- Align with national campaigns and initiatives, providing feedback to marketing on lead-generation performance.
- Use CRM and MI data to plan targeted engagement strategies and track progress.
- Represent RJWM as a leading, client-centred wealth management partner.
- Support the Client Directors’ annual event programme to showcase new propositions and build community and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven success in strategic business development and client engagement.
- Experience delivering virtual and group presentations to professional audiences.
- Strong understanding of the IFA market and discretionary fund management.
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills — both virtual and in-person.
- Ability to coordinate subject matter experts and deliver engaging, tailored content.
- Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
