About the Role

An 'on the job' training opportunity to learn the basics of Tenancy Administration while performing the role. This position involves working with the Tenancy and Property Management Teams to deliver excellent service, driving the growth and retention of landlords and the lettings portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Tenancy Administration team to ensure all properties are legal, safe, and ready for occupation.
  • Deliver a five-star service to landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
  • Ensure check-ins and check-outs are booked.
  • Remain up-to-date with relevant legislation.
  • Resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database with accurate information and log notes.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn, take instruction, and assist wherever needed.
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a 'nothing is too much trouble' approach.
  • Logical thinking with creative problem-solving aptitude.
  • Well presented.
  • Professional approach, demonstrating high levels of integrity with great attention to detail.
  • Organized with a flexible approach to a varied workload, especially during busy periods.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative along with a 'can do' approach.
