About the Role
As a Product Manager at Semarchy, you will drive the expansion of the Semarchy Data Platform by turning customer problems and market evidence into valuable product capabilities. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will own your product scope end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization to roadmap execution and market launch, with an initial focus on AI-oriented capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured problem discovery, validate pain points, and map market alternatives.
- Engage continuously with customers and partners through design programs.
- Anchor product decisions in customer outcomes and evidence.
- Maintain and own the product roadmap with clear milestones and transparent rationale.
- Partner with engineering and design throughout the full product delivery lifecycle.
- Produce specifications, UI concepts, and manage the product backlog.
- Coordinate commercialization activities including internal training, messaging, and field enablement.
- Create customer-facing assets such as blogs, whitepapers, and solution briefs.
- Shape AI-oriented capabilities, including agentic access to data and AI-assisted stewardship.
- Evangelize Semarchy products to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a product manager or product owner in B2B, SaaS, or technology.
- Demonstrated strength in customer discovery and research.
- Clear bias toward value and outcomes with the ability to challenge requests.
- Strong prioritization and roadmapping discipline.
- Solid experience in backlog management, requirements gathering, and specification production.
- Technical ability to interact with developers on software architecture, databases, APIs, and UI.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand market topics and technical concepts.
- Working knowledge of modern AI architectures and integration patterns like LLMs, RAG, MCP, and vector databases.
- Comfort operating with evolving scope and ambiguity.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while hitting deadlines.
