About the Role
We are seeking an electrically-minded General Maintenance Operative for a new commercial development near Liverpool Street. This role involves hands-on work within a small, tight-knit team, maintaining high-specification floors in a modern environment.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out electrical maintenance and general building fabric PPM and reactive tasks.
- Supporting small works and reactive repairs across lighting, power, and general services.
- Using CAFM systems (IFS or client platform) to log work and ensure compliance.
- Taking part in out-of-hours callouts and earning generous overtime.
- Working closely with teammates and Supervisor to ensure smooth building operations.
Requirements
- Electrical maintenance experience in commercial environments.
- Hands-on, practical approach with ownership of work.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and safe systems of work.
- Ability to work as a team player and independently.
- Experience working on new builds or high-end office spaces is a bonus.
