About the Role

Leon’s is looking for a self-motivated Full Time Delivery Driver capable of handling heavy cargo with care. As a delivery driver, you will be the final link between the company and customers, contributing to their dream home transformations. Our delivery team is recognized for professionalism, integrity, positive attitude, merchandise handling skills, and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Carefully loading and unloading the delivery truck
Safely delivering products into customers’ homes
Set up and assembly of some items
Removal of packaging materials
Returning approved merchandise
Providing professional, friendly and efficient delivery service
Complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures
Working with other departments to ensure a positive overall customer experience
Performing various other duties, as assigned

Requirements

Clean driving record and valid non-probationary driver's license
Experience driving a 5-ton truck (clean abstract required)
Ability to handle heavy goods and provide an efficient, safe, and enjoyable delivery experience
Previous experience delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes (beneficial)
Positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills
