About the Role

As a Casual Banqueting Bartender, you will support the delivery of exceptional events by preparing and serving beverages with professionalism and efficiency. You will ensure bar service is smooth, organised, and aligned with Four Seasons standards, playing a key role in creating a polished and engaging guest experience in a fast-paced banqueting environment. You will also support the Banqueting Operations team to ensure bars are set up, operated, and closed in line with procedures and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages efficiently during banqueting events
Maintain strong knowledge of all bar products, including wines, spirits, and cocktails
Deliver quick, accurate, and professional service to guests and service teams
Set up and break down banquet bars in line with operational standards
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and weights and measures requirements
Support the Banqueting Operations team to ensure smooth event delivery
Maintain a clean, organised, and well presented bar area at all times
Contribute to a positive, professional, and guest focused atmosphere

Requirements

Minimum of one year of bartending experience, ideally within a hotel or events environment
Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
A professional and reliable approach to casual work
Good command of spoken and written English
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
