About the Role

The Legal Talent Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Chief Legal Talent Officer (CLTO), contributing to the business goals of the Legal Talent Department. This role requires prioritizing multiple tasks and identifying opportunities to contribute in a dynamic environment, working collaboratively with the Legal Talent team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CLTO, including coordinating calendars and travel, expense reporting, and meeting scheduling.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of department records such as correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes, business plans, and databases.
  • Coordinate the development, implementation, and tracking of annual budgets and assist with expense management.
  • Provide supplemental support to legal talent teams (Recruiting, Development, Inclusion, and Coaching).
  • Support the CLTO and Legal Talent Directors in planning and executing department-wide and team projects.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication between legal talent and other administrative teams.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics and planning department and attorney meetings and retreats.

Requirements

  • Ability to exercise sound independent judgment, tact, and discretion involving sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, initiative, a positive attitude, and a collaborative approach in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and projects seamlessly with excellent attention to detail, even under pressure.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to prepare clear, accurate reports and correspondence.
  • Positive team player, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple assignments, and work responsibly under pressure.

Salary/Compensations

  • $50,000.00 - $85,000.00
