About the Role

Steadyhand's reputation is built on knowledgeable client service. This role focuses on the human side of advice, including judgment, clarity, and trust. As an Associate Investor Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through decisions and ensuring their needs are met. You will gain experience and judgment for deeper advisory work while being an integral part of client conversations.

Responsibilities

Provide real-time guidance to clients without a script, maintaining a 95%+ response rate.
Guide clients through market anxiety, life decisions, and portfolio questions with confidence and calm.
Utilize, direct, and quality-review AI-generated tools and outputs in at least 20% of client interactions.
Explain the role of AI to clients in a way that builds trust.
Collaborate with Senior Wealth Advisors to ensure client tasks are completed efficiently.
Identify and act on opportunities to book meetings or make referrals during client conversations.
Contribute ideas for improving client experience based on daily observations.

Requirements

Demonstrated track record of confident, high-quality client communication.
IFC or CSC at minimum; existing licensing in relevant jurisdictions strongly preferred.
Demonstrated precision in task execution, including self-checking and error prevention.
Resilience to operate in a stretched team environment, requiring minimal management.
Ability to manage personal energy and maintain composure under sustained pressure.
