About the Role

We are seeking a UX Designer to transform complex user insights into simple, accessible products while helping to stabilize our design function. You will be accountable for the entire design lifecycle in a specific product area and play a key role in our Design Operations (DesignOps) to evolve from "organized chaos" to a high-performing design engine.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the design process using a "Dual-Track Agile" approach, learning and building in parallel.
  • Deconstruct large ideas into lean experiments to quickly learn what works.
  • Partner with Senior UX Designers and Design Leadership to refine processes, define Definition of Ready, streamline handoffs, and fix workflows.
  • Contribute to and govern our Design System, focusing on component architecture and documentation.
  • Lead workshops and FigJam sessions to align stakeholders.
  • Support and lead design-specific syncs like Design Critiques and peer reviews.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers, involving developers early in the process.
  • Define and track UX metrics, finding creative ways to measure impact.

Requirements

  • Ability to pivot when business needs shift and maintain composure when project scope changes.
  • Proactively identify needs and rally people to move projects forward.
  • Mastery of Figma (Auto-layout, Variables, Components).
  • Comfortable using research tools like Askable or Maze.
  • Proactively exploring new innovative ways to work in the AI space.
