About the Role

Objects Presswerk is a modern vinyl pressing plant in Berlin. We produce records for independent labels, artists, and music distributors worldwide. As part of our team, you will work in a unique environment at the intersection of music, craftsmanship, and industrial production. We are looking for a reliable and versatile individual to support our company in daily operations. This role involves more than just classic cleaning tasks – you will help ensure our pressing plant runs cleanly, organized, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Cleaning of offices, sanitary facilities, kitchen, and common areas.
Ensuring cleanliness and order in storage and production areas.
Assisting with warehouse and logistics tasks.
Loading and unloading goods and internal material transport.
Preparation, folding, and organization of shipping boxes.
Assisting with packing and shipping of records.
Disposal of cardboard, packaging materials, and waste.
Checking and refilling consumables.
Minor practical tasks such as moving furniture, assembling shelves, or organizing work areas.
General support of the team with daily operational tasks.

Requirements

Reliable, careful, and punctual work ethic.
Enjoy practical work and be physically resilient.
Ability to act independently and responsibly.
Appreciation for order and cleanliness.
Team player with a collaborative spirit.
Speak German or English (French is a plus, but not required).
Ideally, have previous experience in cleaning, warehouse, logistics, or production.
Motivation, reliability, and willingness to learn are more important than professional experience.
