About the Role

As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a key role in assisting with our cash management, finding banking solutions and supporting cash forecasting processes. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams who value individuality and recognize achievements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily cash management activities for the Company.
  • Executes investment of excess funds, short-term borrowings and reconciles daily cash position.
  • Support cash forecasting process.
  • Work with financial service providers to coordinate account openings, closures and changes in bank services.
  • Perform daily wire transfers or ACH payments.
  • Maintain database of bank accounts and authorized signatories, works in partnership with Company’s tax group to comply with the Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR).
  • Assist in the implementation of and documentation of related workflows and processes.
  • Support Treasurer in divisional assessments of bank services and fees.
  • Identifies and assists in the implementation of treasury best practices.
  • Evaluate new banking products and services.
  • Prepare and assist month-end reporting to our parent company regarding balances and cash flows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Corporate Treasury role required.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Advanced analytical skills required.
  • Process oriented and proven time management skills required.
  • Advanced knowledge of federal regulations regarding Company financial practice and compliance.

Experience Level

  • 3+ years

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field required.

Salary/Compensations

  • CAD $70,000.00/Yr. - CAD $80,000.00/Yr.
