About the Role
Ballinger is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team. This role supports an evolving practice committed to design excellence and sustainability, working directly with firm leaders to create compelling materials that drive new business. The marketing coordinator will support over 200 staff members on projects spanning architecture, engineering, interior design, and planning.
Responsibilities
- Designing print and digital material for business development initiatives
- Analyzing request for proposal (RFP) requirements to ensure compliance, coordinating responses, developing layout, and managing production and final delivery/distribution
- Developing content and submitting materials for local and national industry awards
- Collaboratively developing and producing powerful brand stories in a variety of media
- Producing web content, including video, graphics, and copy
- Maintaining a project information database and firm boilerplate, including project descriptions, resumes, and firm overviews
- Coordinating and attending occasional project photography shoots
- Working in a team atmosphere to support firm leaders and business development efforts
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, English, or Communications (or knowledge gained through relevant work experience)
- Knowledge and/or curiosity about architecture, engineering, and interior design
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals of all levels of the organization in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Graphic design training/ability
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational abilities
- An aptitude for working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented department
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
