About the Role

The Director of Marketing Aman Essentials will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility across retail, e-commerce, social and PR channels. This role will be based in our London Corporate Office with the intention to relocate to Dubai Corporate Office in 2027, reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities

Execute the annual retail marketing and communications strategy
Manage external agencies across creative, PR, social media, and branding
Lead product launch campaigns for Aman Essentials
Oversee creation and maintenance of marketing collateral and sales materials
Support training, presentations, and development of partnership pitches
Ensure consistent implementation of retail brand standards across properties
Integrate sustainability messaging into product and marketing initiatives
Develop targeted CRM strategies through customer data analysis
Plan and deliver events and programmes to enhance brand awareness and engagement
Drive digital growth through social media, e-commerce performance, and campaign reporting

Requirements

Excellent marketing and communication skills
At least 10 years previous experience working in luxury retail marketing, with a fashion or beauty background
Relevant experience in a similar position
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
Excellent verbal, writing, listening and presentation skills
Ability to manage internal and external relationships
Self-motivated and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
Good computer skills and proficient use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
