Responsibilities

- Articulate compelling design narratives for clients and collaborators
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex projects
- Passionate advocate for impactful and sustainable design
- Natural leader capable of energizing interdisciplinary teams
- Articulate communicator able to express design intent through documentation and dialogue
- Ability to promote thought leadership and mentorship
