About the Role

Askuity, a division of The Home Depot, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide internal consulting and support for all human resources initiatives and objectives. This role is critical to enabling suppliers and merchants to make profitable, data-driven decisions. The HR Manager will support talent management, organizational effectiveness, associate relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning, and talent acquisition, acting as the first point of contact for HR issues.

Responsibilities

Provide counsel, coaching, and partnership to the leadership team.
Coach business leaders on facilitating career development discussions and action plans.
Counsel and provide guidance to management and associates on associate relations issues.
Work closely with Business Leaders and associates on various business initiatives and related Human Resources actions.
Partner with functional leaders and HR staff regarding counseling on associate benefits and healthcare management.
Drive and execute Corporate HR initiatives including talent reviews, employer of choice action plans, and organizational design participation.
Partner with management on Succession Planning to identify talent, ensuring development plans are created and followed up.
Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to identify vacancies, facilitate timely hiring, and ensure compliance.
Partner with the business to optimize organizational structures and accountabilities; play a significant role in implementing structure changes.
Lead and participate in Human Resources projects.
Partner with the Learning Organization to recommend development needs for training curriculum.
Support and partner with internal communication for all initiatives and announcements.
Proactively anticipate and respond to internal client group HR requests.

Requirements

Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels through strong influencing skills and HR expertise.
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand broad HR issues and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
Results-driven, highly organized, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Reports directly to Sr. Manager, Human Resources.

Limited travel.
Travel to headquarters annually, as requested.
