About the Role
The Hausmeister*in is responsible for the care, maintenance, and upkeep of Soho House Berlin, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition to guarantee guest and member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining the common areas and outdoor facilities of the building
- Performing minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
- Promptly reporting technical issues to the maintenance team
- Assisting staff and members with daily building-related concerns
- Ensuring order and safety in common areas
Requirements
- Previous experience with maintenance and repair work is advantageous
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role
