About the Role
The Gröner Family Office manages the assets, businesses, and investments of the Gröner family. As a single family office, we emphasize the interplay of economic efficiency, ecological sustainability, and social commitment, viewing this as a significant synergistic concept. Our focus is on managing our real estate portfolio, which includes residential, commercial, and hospitality properties located in Germany, France, and Italy. We are involved in all phases of real estate, from acquisition and conception to development, management, and administration. A key aspect is maximizing the potential of each property, with a strong focus on sustainability and social value in our conception phase. We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Handyman (m/f/d) for our Berlin location as part of a succession plan.
Responsibilities
- Receiving fault notifications and initiating necessary defect rectifications.
- Ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Carrying out conversions and cleaning work in technical areas, including building rounds and documentation.
- Maintaining order, safety, and cleanliness in the properties.
- Monitoring the condition of buildings and checking the functionality of technical systems.
- Performing renovation, maintenance, and repair work, identifying and rectifying damage, potentially with the support and supervision of external service providers.
- Caring for outdoor and green spaces, waste disposal, and performing winter services.
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in a technical or craft trade.
- Ideally, initial experience in building services.
- Affinity for digital work tools (tablet, smartphone, service app, Outlook).
- Organizational talent, independent work style, commitment, sense of responsibility, and flexibility.
- Enjoyment of technical, manual, and gardening activities.
- Service and customer orientation, good communication skills, and team spirit.
- Driver's license class B required.
