About the Role

Berlin International College (BIC) is seeking a passionate individual to create engaging content for social media and assist with day-to-day office tasks. This role supports international students' journey into the German higher education system.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Design presentations, graphics, and promotional materials using Canva.
• Edit short-form videos and reels using CapCut.
• Use AI-powered content creation tools to create and optimize marketing content.
• Assist with photography and video production on campus and at events.
• Research current social media trends and propose fresh content ideas.
• Support the team with ad hoc marketing projects and administrative tasks.
• Assist with general office management and day-to-day operations whenever required.
• Help organize events, meetings, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university in Germany.
• Passion for social media, digital marketing, and storytelling.
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Able to switch comfortably between creative projects and operational tasks.
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English (German and any other language is an advantage but not required).
