About the Role

In our Cloud Services department, we are seeking a Team Lead Cloud Solutions (all genders) who combines technical expertise and leadership skills. You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of your team, control the economic success of the unit, and enjoy collaborating with other Unit Managers.

Responsibilities

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team, including responsibility for resource management and reporting
• Communication of the company strategy and active support of change processes
• Implementation of the growth strategy through hiring, developing, and retaining your employees
• Controlling the economic success of your team
• Taking responsibility for the realization of innovative digital projects alongside the leadership role
• Participation in the creation of offer texts, calculations, and pitches

Requirements

• Experience in disciplinary and professional leadership of teams with diverse seniority, professional backgrounds, and experiences
• Enjoyment in further developing and professionalizing a service unit together
• Empathy and leadership competence to understand, motivate, and support your team members in their development
• Independent work and willingness to coordinate closely with other Unit Managers
• Many years of experience as a Cloud/Kubernetes Architect, Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Software Developer
• Enjoyment of technical issues, presentations, and workshops
• Sound know-how in Cloud, IaC, Kubernetes, IT Security, and software development processes
• Solution orientation and the ability to make pragmatic decisions together and resolve conflicts constructively
