About the Role

As a Principal Product Manager, you will own a significant portion of the product roadmap, driving discovery, prioritization, and delivery. You will solve complex challenges by bridging the gap between physics-based engineering and intuitive software, ensuring our digital twin technology empowers global utilities to optimize infrastructure and build a resilient energy future.

Responsibilities

  • Own a meaningful slice of the roadmap from discovery and prioritization to delivery and commercial impact measurement.
  • Lead cross-team initiatives across multiple engineering squads to create alignment on high-stakes problems.
  • Act as the connective tissue between customers, engineering, UX, sales, and leadership to define product direction.
  • Build business cases including KPI frameworks and economic models to link product investment to revenue outcomes.
  • Raise the standard of product management craft through peer mentoring and contributing to organizational product strategy.

Requirements

  • Track record of shipping complex B2B software in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated commercial rigor with accountability for revenue, retention, and market expansion.
  • Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineers and understand trade-offs.
  • Ability to lead without authority and influence stakeholders through clarity and judgment.
  • Self-direction and the ability to create momentum independently.
