About the Role
The Finance Business Partner serves as a strategic financial advisor to corporate support areas, partnering with business leaders to provide financial insights, optimize costs, and support decision-making. The role enables operational excellence through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-term planning, acting as a trusted advisor to enabling functions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping decisions that support organizational objectives and growth initiatives.
- Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance and resource allocation.
- Lead the budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes for assigned enabling function areas.
- Analyze financial results and communicate key drivers, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Monitor spending trends and proactively identify actions to achieve financial targets.
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and performance metrics.
- Deliver insightful variance analysis comparing actual results to budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Support month-end and quarter-end processes by validating financial results and explaining variances.
- Promote strong financial governance, accountability, and stewardship across enabling functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or strategic business partnering.
- Experience supporting corporate or enabling functions such as digital & technology, people & culture, legal, marketing, and enterprise operations.
- Experience supporting senior leaders, influencing decisions, and leading with a collaborative approach.
- Experience working in a dynamic, growth-oriented, or transformational environment.
- Strong analytical judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to assess trade-offs, risks, and opportunities.
- Proficiency in English is required.
