About the Role
FiPP e.V. is seeking an engaged and loving individual with a passion for education to join their team at the "Haveleck" Kita in Berlin (Spandau). This role focuses on supporting children's development and participation through specialized educational approaches.
Responsibilities
- Planning and designing targeted educational activities within the team, considering the individual needs of children with increased or significantly increased support requirements.
- Observing and documenting children's developmental progress and potential, and creating corresponding support plans to foster self-determined participation in daily life.
- Collaborating with external specialist services, participating in the organization's integration working group, and maintaining close communication with parents and the team.
Requirements
- State-recognized educator qualification or a degree in special education (Heilpädagogik) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Completion of further training as a specialist educator for participation and inclusion.

Salary/Compensations
- Starting between €3,177 to €3,624 gross per month (for 39.4 hours), plus annual special payment.
- Additional monthly allowance of up to €350 gross as a pedagogical specialist for inclusion and participation.
