About the Role

You will be a software developer working on the Comet APAC Structured Products platform within Equity Derivatives. The platform covers pre-trade and post-trade pricing, trade capture, legal documentation, and client connectivity. It is a suite of applications enabling real-time pricing and trade capture, built using Python and Java WebServices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions, including writing code, unit tests, and participating in code and design reviews.
• Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, optimized for performance, and adheres to secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with global peers to promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, structuring, trading, quants, and operations.
• Provide second-level support for the application.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other analytical field.
• Advanced Core Python and/or advanced Core Java.
• Modern WebService Technology.
