About the Role

As a Senior Analyst in BCG's People and Organization Practice Area, you will serve as a content expert and advisor on Organization Design & Operating Model efforts, helping to structure and solve complex client issues. You will contribute to client cases, workshops, and proposals, while also supporting internal commercialization efforts and developing intellectual property.

Responsibilities

• Serve as content expert and advisor to case teams and topic/sector leaders.
• Structure and solve complex client issues around Organization Design & Operating Model efforts.
• Contribute to client cases, workshops, and proposals.
• Support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector.
• Contribute analysis and insights to proposals.
• Build workshops or knowledge sharing sessions.
• Develop marketing materials.
• Contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business.
• Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of consulting experience in Organization Design & Operating Model topics strongly preferred.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required, with 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement; advanced degree preferred.
• Expertise in relevant topics, including leadership, communications and engagement, culture, program management, wellbeing, and behavioral science.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.

Skills

• Solving client problems through formulating and presenting relevant research and/or analytical approaches in change management, culture, or business transformation.
• Managing and successfully delivering many initiatives with multiple milestones in client setting.
• Building client-ready deliverables In Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Communicating with senior stakeholders, in a credible and confident way.
• Collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing case team learnings and outputs to develop new proprietary knowledge assets.
• Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working.
• Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas.
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, independently managing work products to meet agreed upon deadlines and expectations.

Salary/Compensations

• Base salary range: $115,700 - $119,500
• Bonus of up to 24%
• Retirement contribution starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years
