About the Role

As an Application Support Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for our Facility Management platform, providing 1st and 2nd level application support. You will assist users via email, phone, and ticketing systems, analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions. You will also create and update documentation, assist with new user onboarding and training, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
Experience in Application Support, IT Support, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently, structured, and with high attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, or ticketing systems is a plus.
Experience in Facility Management or SaaS environments is advantageous but not required.
