About the Role
Join a fast-growing team in Toronto as a Senior Customer Relations Executive on the FX Dealing Desk. You will be a key point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance, acting as an ambassador for Ebury's products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational and trading assistance to corporate clients.
- Act as an ambassador for the product and service at a customer-facing level.
- Manage a portfolio of 300 clients trading online through the Ebury platform.
- Ensure clients utilize Ebury as their primary platform for international trading and payments.
- Resolve client issues as they arise.
- Liaise and mediate between multiple internal departments to find solutions.
- Deal directly with clients as an ambassador for the brand and product.
- Manage different types of inquiries simultaneously across several platforms and client types.
- Promote the company offering and identify new opportunities to grow key accounts.
- Book live currency trades, process banking information, and handle high-value payments.
- Identify potential client issues preemptively.
- Take ownership of client issues and queries, ensuring resolution.

- Confidence in dealing with numbers, including exchange rates and profit margins.
- Accuracy in dealing with live currency trade booking, banking information, figures, and high-value/volume payments.
- Self-starter with the initiative and ability to 'get stuck in'.
- Completely fluent English.
- Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving and challenging environment.
