About the Role
You will build an AI-first infrastructure within the finance team, implementing real processes where your solutions will run from day one. Your primary focus will be AI and automation, developing AI agents to independently handle financial processes, analyzing and automating financial processes, evaluating and adapting LLM-based tools for finance use cases, and contributing to the foundational design of the AI-first infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents and utilize them to independently process financial tasks.
- Analyze financial processes, identify automation potential, and implement solutions.
- Evaluate Revenue data in Salesforce and Chargebee, cleanse it, and ensure data quality between systems.
- Evaluate LLM-based tools and adapt them for specific finance use cases.
- Contribute to the foundational design of the AI-first infrastructure within the finance team.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing, document entry in Candis, and document storage when needed.
Requirements
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation, with a mindset of exploring agent-based solutions.
- Interest in financial and business processes, gained through studies, training, personal projects, or curiosity.
- Experience with or strong interest in automation tools (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier) and AI applications.
- Structured thinking ability to dissect, understand, and rebuild processes.
- Meticulousness in handling numbers and sensitive data.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
