About the Role

As a working student in Coaching & Career Support, you will work closely with our coaching team to guide individuals back into the job market. This role focuses on supporting job seekers, career changers, and those re-entering the workforce with their application processes, including resumes, cover letters, and digital application documents. You will gain deep insights into professional individual coaching, career counseling, and application strategy, taking on increasingly independent tasks with growing experience.

Responsibilities

Support participants in applications and coaching, focusing on resumes, cover letters, and digital application documents.
Assist in making application strategies understandable and implementing them effectively.
Collaborate on developing structure, solutions, and actionable next steps.
Follow up on agreed-upon steps and provide continuous support throughout the application process.
Build structure, motivation, and self-responsibility in participants.
Handle individuals from diverse backgrounds, with varying language skills and professional experience, in a sensitive and respectful manner.
Research job profiles, industry requirements, labor market opportunities, and further training paths.
Prepare content on career orientation, application strategy, and self-marketing.
Contribute to exercises, reflection questions, guides, and work materials.
Develop coaching materials and templates.
Maintain and prepare documentation according to internal guidelines.
Track attendance, progress, and next steps.
Organize and update documents, templates, and materials.
Collaborate with coaches, administration, and quality management.
Prepare coaching materials in digital tools.
Assist with templates, checklists, and knowledge bases.
Contribute ideas for improving coaching and support processes.
Support the effective use of modern digital and AI-powered tools.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, Pedagogy, Social/Educational Sciences, Business Administration with an HR/People focus, Coaching/Consulting, or a comparable field of study.
Interest in coaching, career counseling, application processes, and labor market integration.
First experience or strong interest in coaching, consulting, mentoring, HR, recruiting, social work, or educational projects.
Good understanding of application documents, resumes, and career orientation, or the motivation to quickly acquire this knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and enjoyment of interacting with diverse people.
Structured, reliable, and meticulous work approach with a high standard of quality.
Initiative, quick comprehension, and eagerness to take on responsibility early on.
Digital affinity and openness to modern tools, AI applications, and structured work methods.
Very good German language skills in speaking and writing.
