About the Role
We are seeking a leader to propose and implement Single Use and Integrated Platform Solutions (SUIPS) for the biopharmaceutical industry. This role involves providing optimal integrated solutions from both technical and business perspectives, supporting strategic growth, and driving projects in line with Merck's global standards. You will engage with various modalities including mAbs, ADCs, vaccines, classical pharma, and CGT, leveraging your technical expertise and project experience to drive customer-oriented proposals and innovation in collaboration with sales and related teams.
Responsibilities
- Build, propose, and execute Single Use / Integrated Platform Solutions (SUIPS) based on customer needs.
- Contribute to the expansion of Process Solutions portfolio sales and Step Share.
- Develop and propose customer strategies in collaboration with sales and field teams.
- Lead and manage progress for key customer projects.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration and project promotion with MSAT, Field Service, Technical Support, CEX, Market Communication, etc.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and market trends in bioprocessing, equipment, single-use technology, and automation.
- Drive strategy execution and market penetration in collaboration with APeC and global teams.
- Manage projects, update data, and report using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Collect and share competitor information and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Science, Biology, or Engineering.
- Over 3 years of practical experience in bioprocessing.
- Experience handling complex and integrated projects.
- Understanding of both Single Use and stainless steel equipment (including consumables).
- Hands-on experience with systems/equipment.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to communicate in English for business purposes (primarily reading and writing).
