About the Role

This role plays a key part in helping CACI to retain existing Banking customers and attract new ones by turning retail finance data into valuable insights. You will communicate data via interactive dashboards, regular outputs, and client presentations, ensuring accuracy and maintaining CACI's credible market positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Turn retail finance data into insight of value for customers.
  • Use Tableau or Alteryx to interrogate monthly and weekly datasets.
  • Communicate data via interactive dashboards.
  • Produce regular BAU outputs within specified timeframes.
  • Provide content for client presentations at regular events.
  • Ensure accuracy of outputs and maintain quality control.
  • Support the Lead Analytics & Data Visualisation Consultant in producing and delivering insights.
  • Build bespoke or regular client deliverables or internal checking tools.
  • Support the wider Retail Finance Benchmarking team.

Requirements

  • Experienced analyst with demonstrable Tableau Desktop skills.
  • Experience in Tableau deployment against a complex relational database schema (MS SQL Server).
  • Understanding of Tableau Server capabilities and dashboard maintenance.
  • Critical thinker with proven analytical skills capable of interrogating data through visual analysis.
  • Strong writing ability to accurately articulate insights and write engaging analysis.
  • Confident and competent presenter who can clearly articulate complex concepts.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality control and brand standards.
  • Experience in testing or QA processes is ideal.
  • Well-grounded in best practice data communication techniques.
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of ways to communicate data.
  • Able to document and follow rigorous processes.
  • Good understanding of all Microsoft Office products.
  • Candidates with experience using other visual analytics tools or Alteryx Designer in addition to Tableau will stand out.
  • Successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
