About the Role
You will build an AI-first infrastructure within the finance team, focusing on real processes where your solutions will be implemented from day one. This role involves developing AI agents to automate financial processes, analyzing and optimizing financial workflows, and ensuring data quality between systems like Salesforce and Chargebee.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents to autonomously handle financial processes.
- Analyze financial processes to identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Evaluate and adapt LLM-based tools for specific finance use cases.
- Design the AI-first infrastructure for the finance team from the ground up.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing, document entry in Candis, and document storage when needed.
Requirements
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation, with a focus on agent-based solutions.
- Interest in financial and business processes, demonstrated through education, projects, or curiosity.
- Experience with or strong interest in automation tools (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier) and AI applications.
- Structured thinking ability to deconstruct, understand, and rebuild processes.
- Meticulousness in handling numbers and sensitive data.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
