About the Role
Almedia is building the future of marketing by rewarding users for engaging with advertisers. We are offering a new way to acquire users for major companies, aiming to become Germany's second bootstrapped unicorn. As a Venture Manager, you will act as a strategic catalyst, transforming founder vision into scalable, high-growth business units and leading the end-to-end launch of critical company missions.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead large-scale Fintech ventures from inception to execution.
- Drive the execution of high-priority missions with the leadership team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major advertisers.
- Develop whitepapers and innovative scaling methodologies.
- Coordinate workshops and lead execution across departments.
Requirements
- Proven track record in strategic consulting or high-growth startup operations.
- Deep proficiency in analyzing market trends and complex datasets.
- Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in applying frameworks like Design Thinking and Lean Startup.
