About the Role
Travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair industrial equipment. This role requires independent problem-solving and effective customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair industrial equipment at customer locations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Communicate with Parts Department to provide repair and quote information.
- Log time and update work order information using a tablet.
- Load and unload equipment from trucks.
- Act as a lead employee on jobs for experienced technicians.
- Travel within a 2-3 hour radius, with occasional overnight stays.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience required.
- Ability to diagnose equipment independently.
- Customer communication skills.
- OSHA 10 Hr Training.
- Basic computer skills and tablet proficiency.
- Clean driver's license.
- Willingness to travel out of town.
- Must supply own basic hand tools.
