About the Role

Travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair industrial equipment. This role requires independent problem-solving and effective customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial equipment at customer locations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Communicate with Parts Department to provide repair and quote information.
• Log time and update work order information using a tablet.
• Load and unload equipment from trucks.
• Act as a lead employee on jobs for experienced technicians.
• Travel within a 2-3 hour radius, with occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience required.
• Ability to diagnose equipment independently.
• Customer communication skills.
• OSHA 10 Hr Training.
• Basic computer skills and tablet proficiency.
• Clean driver's license.
• Willingness to travel out of town.
• Must supply own basic hand tools.
