About the Role

This role focuses on maturing the product organization by reducing operational complexity and building systems that enable product managers to perform at their best. The ideal candidate will act as a product thinker who treats the product organization as their own product, driving customer-obsessed and AI-native workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own the voice-of-customer program by centralizing feedback, support tickets, NPS, and competitive intelligence.
  • Build and maintain a centralized insights repository to turn customer learning into compounding product knowledge.
  • Design mechanisms to capture field insights from sales, success, and support teams.
  • Optimize the insight stack, including roadmapping, discovery, analytics, and research tools.
  • Define and instrument product metrics and build dashboards to drive the shift from output to outcome.
  • Reduce time-to-insight by connecting quantitative product data with qualitative discovery.
  • Partner with Delivery to support the end-to-end launch process.
  • Act as the connective tissue between product and commercial teams to provide visibility into roadmaps and releases.
  • Onboard new product managers and develop product playbooks and templates.
  • Own the product management career framework and competency model.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a technical, data-intensive software environment.
  • Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle including discovery, strategy, launch, and measurement.
  • Strong customer instinct with regular experience in conducting discovery.
  • Comfort with data, including defining metrics, analyzing usage, and running experiments.
  • Experience with agile delivery methodologies and working in cross-functional squads.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build clarity through action.
  • Background in investigations, data governance, forensic investigations, eDiscovery, or cybersecurity is desired.
  • Experience with cloud computing, SaaS platforms, and API-driven architectures is desired.
  • Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-native product capabilities is desired.
  • Experience contributing to pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies for enterprise SaaS is desired.
