Lead a passionate team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values and empower clients. Drive a selling culture, utilize data for operational decisions, and foster a continuous improvement mentality within the team.
Responsibilities
- Drive a selling culture within your team to meet KPIs and promote Sephora’s values
- Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
- Utilize and exploit data to support operational decisions
- Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team
- Energize your team to deliver first-class customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Create amazing customer experiences by leading the team to provide meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including driving operational initiatives, brand events, training, and supporting visual merchandising changes
- Develop sales and budget strategies, manage profit and loss, monitor stock levels, and maximize sales and profitability
- Enhance culture by maintaining a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed
- Maintain results by monitoring KPIs, attracting, recruiting, and developing store talent
Requirements
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
- Hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help team members succeed
- Knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
- Enjoy a flexible work schedule and are able to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading
